New Orleans is known for is culture, and all the music, cuisine, and festivals that go along with it. The Morial Convention Center celebrates the city’s uniqueness with both onsite offerings and nearby attractions.  

While you’re in town for an expo, walk a mere half mile from convention center to the beautiful Riverwalk—or go a mile further and check out the infamous French Quarter. If you prefer to stay closer to the venue, take in the Louisiana Civil Rights Museum located inside the convention center’s Julia Street Entrance. There’s even history and beauty in the immediate area surrounding the Morial CC: have a look at the Hurricane Katrina Sculpture, which sits right across Convention Center Drive from the main entrance.
